1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Otter Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including business owners and their customers.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per business is permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Otter Atlas to publish illegal content, impersonate another business, send spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.
4. Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly and managed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload (business name, images, descriptions). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as part of operating your public page. Otter Atlas and its logo are trademarks of Otter Atlas. You may not use them without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Otter Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your public page will be taken offline and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
